I added gluten to the bread. Scott said it tasted and had the texture of store bought bread. Hooray. I guess we just might start making bread more often and buy it less. How do I use gluten in regular recipes? I'll have to do some research on that.
We devoured the loaf of bread before I could get a picture. Maybe next time. My helper decided that an apron was a good idea seeing as there was flour everywhere. Look it even sticks to my hands!
