Christmas time

Christmas here at our house. We are excited to be spending the holidays at home. It's great to see family but the stress of holiday travel it high and relaxing will be nice. We have the tree up and the stockings will be hung, maybe, if WH can keep his hands off. I have put out our two nativities and we try to have a story each night about Christmas but miss more often than not.

The tree is fairly traditional with the exception of the Hot Wheels cars that have been added. They are in festive colors!

We did manage to get to Nashville last weekend to see the mini Nutcracker. It was so great to be with friends that have become our family out here. Here are some of us (well our kids) together. I love having friends that coo over my baby and kids as much as we do.

Meanwhile back in Florence, we have our tree up and nativities too. That is about all for decorations. Oh, there is a wreath on the front door.

Tonight we got a picture of the kids and the tree. I also had to take a picture of the Sculpey Nativity because I love it so much. One of the wisemen lost an arm last year and I still need to fix it.

We haven't dared to put out any presents yet as I am fairly certain that many small hands would peek in everyone of them before Thursday!

I love your wise man's curly mustache. And so envy you your quick-to-Nashville capability. And badly want to coo over your baby!
